RULES AND REGULATIONS
Who May Use the Library?
The library is open to the general public-students, professionals, out of school youth, children, senior citizens, city officials and employees and other who may wish to come to conduct research or spend wholesome use of leisure time thru reading.
Requirements for entering/using the library:
1. Readers are required to present his/her valid identification card (ID) when using library materials.
2. Library users must fill-up an application form for borrower's card before borrowing a book or free Internet access. A library card is issued to all library users of the library and subject to renewal. LCL Borrower's Card is non-transferable.

2. Two (2) copies of 1x1 picture
3. P20.00 processing fee for application form and Borrower's Card

Borrowing of Books (Reference, Reserve, Filipiniana & Children Section)
1. All books and other reading materials like magazines, newspapers, ets. are for LIBRARY USE ONLY, except for Circulation books which can be borrowed for 7 days.
2. The borrower must sign the book card and leave the book card to the librarian or librarian-in-charge together with IDs.
3. Readers are responsible for materials borrowed until these are returned to the librarian-in-charge in the section.
4. Borrowing privileges are non-transferable and must exercised personally.
5. City Officials and Employees may borrow books on a case to case basis and must fill-up the application form for records purposes only.

1. A library card issued by the library must be presented in order to borrow a book.
2. A reader is allowed to borrow three (3) Circulation books for 7 days and renewable when necessary.
3. Books to be borrowed/returned must be brought to the charging desk for checking in/out.
4. Circulation books check-out are subject to recall whenever needed.
Borrowed materials must be returned on or before the due date.
